Study Room Use & Reservations

Room Use Guidelines

The library has two types of study rooms available for students: Basic study rooms and those equipped with technology. Rooms that are equipped with technology have a large wall mounted display and PC, and must be checked out at the Library Services Desk (these are marked with a yellow sign next to the room number). Basic study rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

  • Reservations can be made (same day) for tech equipped rooms.
  • Single users may be asked to yield use of the room to a group.
  • Study rooms should not be left unattended, and Connelly Library assumes no liability for personal belongings.
  • If you are taking an exam, it must be started no later than 2.5 hours before closing time.  This is to protect students from having their exam cut short at the close of the library.  Staff is not able to keep the library open past closing time.
