Sometimes Article Locator will display a sidebar, which will offer options to take when the full text of an article does not appear. Some instances when this might come up:
Some databases do not allow for article-level linking. You can use the sidebar to go into the archives for the journal and find the article by volume, issue, date and page.
Sometimes there is a linking problem in one particular database. If the journal is owned by another database, you can choose to see if links work in that database.
If no links work, you have the option of submitting an interlibrary loan for the article, just as you can do from a regular Article Locator page.
