Are you using Summon and want to find peer-reviewed articles?  It’s very easy!  Just run your search on your topic and when you get your results, click the link to Peer-Review, and your search results will update.  See the example below: (More help with Summon here)

If you want to limit your Summon search results to a particular date or date range you should use the Publication Date range tool in Summon rather than typing the date in as part of the search.  So if you want articles on "diabetes education" from 2009 to the present or from 2010-2011 don’t type:  “diabetes education” 2009-present into the search box.  Instead run the search on "diabetes education” – after you get your results screen look to left hand column and use the calendar to find the date range you want
